Katie Price’s former home in Surrey has sold for £1.2 million after it was put on the market last year.
Katie moved into the plush six bedroom home last summer while her infamous Sussex mansion – dubbed her Mucky Mansion – was being renovated.
However, despite the sale, Katie won’t make a single penny from the property as The Sun reports she only ever rented the home.
Katie settled on the property as it was close to where Peter Andre, father of her children Junior and Princess, lived.
The location also meant that her Jett, 7 and Bunny, 6 were still close to their father Kieran Hayler.
With the sale all but complete, Katie now hopes to buy a new home with her boyfriend Carl Woods.
Despite being together less than a year, the couple have already spoken frankly about trying for their own children and getting married.
A rep for Katie told The Sun: “Katie is currently still renting the property, her intention, however, is to move this year.
“And she does hope to buy a home with Carl.”
Katie and Carl have been living together since September last year – with the former Celebrity Big Brother winning telling Daily Star she finally believes she has found the one.
The star said: “Me and Carl are bringing something out together as PriceyWoods. We have trademarked the name.
“We know we are going to be together, we know we are going to get married and have kids. You wait until you see what we are doing.
