Victoria Beckham addresses marriage split rumours with footballer David Beckham.

Despite being married for 19 years (feeling so single right now), Victoria and David Beckham’s relationship is constantly plagued with break up rumours, which Victoria has finally addressed in her latest interview with British Vogue.

Victoria and her children feature on the cover of the October issue of the fashion magazine, and if the absence of David worries you (even their dog Olive got a cover spot FFS), don’t worry, he does appear later in the shoot.

Maybe it’s because they just seem too good to be true, or maybe it’s because we’re a nation of pessimists. Either way, in her interview, Victoria insists the rumours no longer bother her. “People have been making things up about our relationship for 20 years, so David and I are pretty used to ignoring the nonsense and just carrying on as normal.

But these things have a wider effect on the people around us, and that’s unfair.”

Despite reassuring us, Victoria did also acknowledge what we all knew, “we both realise that we are stronger together than we are as individuals. Would either of us be in the position that we are in now had we not met and been together all those years ago? It’s all about the family unit.”

Before your inner pessimist speaks up, Victoria makes it clear that she’s not just talking about brand Beckham, “we are much stronger – the six of us – than we would be if we were individuals. We respect that family bond and that is key.”
