A wife has revealed how she’s got her husband the most savage Valentine’s gift of all time – prints of all the women’s photos he’s like on Instagram.
In the clip, uploaded on TikTok by user @gr93la, she shows herself make a homemade present for her husband with an obvious subtext, Mirror reports.
In a video captioned “What did you get your man for Valentine’s Day?”, Gloria inserts wooden sticks into a styrofoam box, with each stick bearing a photo of a different woman’s picture he has liked on Instagram.
Gloria says: “Since everyone is sharing what they got their significant other for Valentine’s Day, I thought I’d share mine.
“So, I got my husband this cute little box, I filled it with pictures of all the girls’ photos that he’s been liking on Instagram. Hope he likes it!”
Many of the photos are simply cute selfies women have uploaded, but others are a little more cheeky and one shows a female in bum-exposing hotpants pushing a car.
The clip has racked up more than 4.3 million views and 17,000 comments with fans divided over whether the move was hilarious or “petty”.
One person who sounded keen on the idea replied: “It’s barely February 2021 girl can we hand you the best wife trophy this year.”
A third said: “Thanks for the idea girl. He’ll be so pleased.”
Jokingly, a third quipped: “I’m going to need a bigger box.”
But not everyone was a fan of the idea and some seemed uncomfortable with the thought of her policing her husband’s social media use, as one commented: “Tell me you’re petty, without telling me you’re petty.”
“Suddenly I am glad I’m single,” said another person.
Gloria later updated a video of her husband’s reaction and luckily he seemed to find the prank quite funny.
“I have a sense of humour with my man!” she said in the caption.
