Zelina Vega has been released from WWE after just over three years with the company.

The news was announced on WWE.com with the brief message: “WWE has come to terms on the release of Zelina Vega. We wish her all the best in her future endeavors.”

Not long before WWE made the news of her release public, Zelina (real name Thea Trinidad) tweeted: “I support unionization.”

Zelina is one of many WWE stars who used popular streaming service Twitch. Last month, many Superstars shut down their Twitch accounts after WWE placed a ban on third-party apps.

On Instagram, after her WWE release, Zelina posted a video showing her streaming backdrop with the caption: “See you on Twitch.”

She also recently launched an OnlyFans under the name Megan Minx for pictures of her cosplays.

Zelina was previously known in IMPACT Wrestling as Rosita, where she worked from 2011 to 2013.

She then signed with WWE in 2017, soon becoming the manager of Andrade on NXT. After moving to SmackDown with Andrade in 2018, her stable would later grow to include Angel Garza and Austin Theory.
